Sorry I forgot: Last weeks song was "Sunglasses at night" Corey Hart
(but you all knew that didn't you)
We went to a ducks game last sunday. I believe Jeanette liked it. we were in the shady part of the park, which was cold. we wore winter coats. we had blankets. we drank cocoa. Larry and Jeanette were snuggled together for warmth. For a bit. when Jeanette got bored me, Larry's mom and Jeanette walked to the sunny side of the park. We had fried dough. not zeppele quality though. Then Jeanette walked us back to the shady side. which felt 20 degrees cooler. Then the warm part. then the cold part again. somewhere in all this I believe there was a Ducks baseball game going on. They played against the Camden River Sharks. My sister works in Camden. That's all I know about them.
Larry and I were discussing how darliks and diaper genies look alike. The only thing is the darliks can float up in the air and hover. We were thinking a hovering floating diaper genie would be neat. especially in houses with more than one level. no more running up and down stairs for diaper changes. it comes to you.
I have also discovered I love dairy barn. it is cool. when you have a sleeping child in the back seat of your car and you need milk, water, cheerios, etc you can just drive up and they give the stuff to you.
In North CArolina they have a Brew Thru. same idea but they have beer and liquor. and tye dye t shirts that advertise theirn store. Then again, how many people want to talk around with Dairy Barn emblazened across their chests.
In a town near us called Oceanside they have a drive thru store called "Lazy Cow". I don't think they have t-shirts.
Jeanette has discovered the joy of splashing in the tub. it's cute. Larry is also trying to get her to say "mama" "mema" and "gramma" for mothers day. this is how it's going so far:
Larry: mamamamama
Jeanette: dadadadada
Larry: dada?
Jeanette: yeah
oh well. he's trying. By the way, his eye is completely healed. yay.
